Returns and exchanges
If the goods bought on our website prove to be defective (we will be surprised) or inconsistent with your order (sometimes we check your vigilance) you can make a complain. Fill out the product complaint form, which you can find by clicking “Download complaint form”. Tell us the reason for the complaint and the method of its consideration you expect. Pack the product under complaint, keeping in mind its proper protection, so that the package will not be damaged or destroyed during transport. Add proof of purchase to your shipment (e.g. receipt, invoice, payment confirmation, order number).
